Most orders are delivered within 3–8 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Aviora & Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Aviora & Co ships within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and warehouse locations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Aviora & Co is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Aviora & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
