Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• With original tags attached (if applicable)
• In the original packaging
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:
• Final sale items
• Items marked as non-returnable
• Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Exchanges
At this time, Aviora & Co does not offer direct exchanges. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order.
